Our members offer a fixed price 'identical' trademark searches, priced on one word, in one class, across any or all EU countries, based on speed of requirement, packaged as a short, easy to understand report covering national marks and international registrations.

Express service -within 48 hrs

Step 2
After the initial report a client may wish to obtain an assessment rating against the proposed marks or request alternative searches. This service is individually priced by agreement with your local member firm.

Please note, unless specifically requested, our members do not offer 'similarity searches' as this requires a detailed analysis and customised proposal. In some countries 'similarity' searches are not possible. Please ask your local member firm for more information.
